Doctor Ken Machoian is the Coordinator for the Mentorship Program in the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno. He also serves as an Instructor, teaching courses in the Department of Finance and Business Law in Craig School; and courses in the Department of Industrial Technology in the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology. Ken has been an employee of the University since 1998. His 18 years of experience in college work also includes service as a Director of Technical Programs at Fresno City College; and an Instructor in business and technical subjects at several private colleges. Prior to his college service, Ken was a Manufacturing Engineer for 20 years; responsible for designing production systems for several domestic and international industrial businesses; including Duncan Enterprises, and Grundfos Pumps Corporation, in Fresno. His doctoral research substantiated the long-term effectiveness of business and education partnerships on the career paths of students. Ken holds associate of science, bachelor of science, master of science, and doctorate of education degrees
